You're missing and end bracket at line 90 in your .lua. Fix it and the errors go away.

Code: Select all
ReadDataFile("dc:SIDE\\brigade.lvl",
"brigade_inf_***",
"brigade_inf_***",
"brigade_inf_***",
"brigade_inf_***"
"brigade_inf_***", <-- line 90
"brigade_inf_***", <-- Other Unit
"brigade_inf_***" <-- Other Unit
"brigade_inf_***") <-- Other Unit
Is there a maxium amount of units?

If you have more than 6 units (besides hero) then don't you need to add something? I'm not sure, but look at a eli script and try inserting whatever's there.

You're missing another comma at line 92.

I placed that comma(line 92) after learning that I forgot 89's comma.

That happens all the time when you're munging models. It can be ignored.

When Zerted asked for your error log, he wasn't referring to the munge error log, which only happens occasionally. He was asking to see your BF2log, which always is generated every time you test your map with BF2Modtools.exe.

I tried to use "BF2Mottools.exe", but it said:
"This application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found."
How can I obtain this without re-installing the modtools?

From the FAQ:
Question: Why won't BF2_modtools.exe run? I get a binkw32.dll error.
Answer: You need to copy the file to your Battlefront II/Gamedata folder and run it from there

I copied it into "C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData"
Now it says "Please insert CD 1"

Are you running the CD version? Is the CD in?
If you're not running the CD version, please, continue to
read the FAQ:
Question: My map keeps crashing. What's wrong?
Answer: Could be lots of things. If you have the CD version, you can run BF2_modtools.exe, which produces a debug output called BFront2.log. Thanks to [RDH]Zerted, those with the DVD version can now get that same log. For information,

For one thing, looks like your missing Kiyadi's .combo, and .anim .zafbin and .zaabin files.
Did you copy them to the right places in your side?
