Highrez Shadowafing problems

Highrez Shadowafing problems

Important details:
-Its a converted map (which means I need to burn terrain in order for it to light up)
-I made spot light and used its name in the directional light 1 slot.

I've followed this tutorial and for some reason I can't get high rez shadows working on Rhen Var Citadel.
Is there something I need to do that I'm unaware of?

It needs to be a directional (Dir) light.
