I try hex editing the cape onto my rifle man but I can't get it one. Do I have to do anything else other then what the form said?

Well when I go into the game the cape isn't on my guy.

did you make the cloth odf?

well understanding you hex edited good i need know the next:
your model msh name
cape name
odf cape

Hold on what dose hex editing do again. Can it take the cape from a sniper and put on a rifleman without xsi?

for hex edit kama is possible without xsi, now when you hex edited sniper kama for example you change his name to.... rep_inf_ep3trooper_cape into model? i suggest you so also change it in your new kama odf called rep_inf_ep3trooper_cape and into this put rep_inf_ep3trooper for this reason i request you postyour odfs

well when you hex edited the kama (sniper) into rifleman you should put the kama sniper new name (example: rep_inf_ep3trooper_cape) and then model finished create one kama odf for this

Hex editing is used to make changes to a MSH file without putting it through XSI. It can be used to make textures transparent or scroll, or transplant cloth, or other things.

It's a very useful technique; Some of us cannot live without it. Do you have any hex-editing software?

Plenty of us can live without it...I believe there's a link to XVI-32 in the FAQ thread.

Well ok now that I have that how do I get it onto my clone trooper.
