1.) What program is used to modify .odf files and others?

3.) I can't find any of this in the documentation so don't say look in the documents or look again. it is 2 simple questions please help. also how do you skin stuff, or is this the wrong forum for that

You didn't look hard enough.

Skinning is achieved through practice.

1.) Notepad

2.) Open it and it's pretty easy to see
