Transparency problem with Rhen Var tunnels?

Well, I am almost finished with my current mod map, but there is this problem testers keep telling me about, they say units are "floating" in mid-air, lightsabers are invisible and blasters too (or anything with a light for that matter), here is a pic, in fact something weird happens with the lights, I was told it has something to do with transparency.

I recall no problem with the convo pack version of Rhen Var, so, if anyone knows how to fix it, I even promise you a spot on the map's credits, it wouldn't be a problem, but I want this to be a very good mod as most as it is possible.

its a problem with transparency in swbf2, not just those tunnels, you could hex edit the models so they have no transparency, but then they aren't as icy looking.
