Yeah, old Joruus coordinated them and Thrawn boosted their morale + created awesome tactics. But, he was more of a space strategist, I don't see him down there, on the ground, only aboard a ship.

Well, hmm, giving the Imperials an advantage...I hadn't thought of that.
I should though, considering that when I test my map, the Rebels always have like 899 troops to 823 troops, LOL. So, here is what I can do to the Imperials to make them more elite:
* Increase their health.
* Increase the movement speed.
* Increase the damage of weapons.
* Increase the speed of weapon fire.
* Increase the accuracy of weapons.
I'd prefer to do the first two. The third and fourth shouldn't even be options (not gonna' happen).
I was also thinking...Imperial Space Troopers...it could be cool.
I'm going to try to make it work. I will do several things to try to do it:
* Use the Imperial Phase II Dark Trooper model and multiply its size by 1.5 or 2.0.
* Give it the rocket launcher and every weapon that the anti-armor class uses.
* Give it the jetpack.
* Give it a new skin.
* Make it very strong and armored.
What do you think? I tried to make the Republic Clone Commando a little larger for Naboo: Encounter (Version 3.0), but it looked weiird and I didn't like it at all.
Or, should I just forget about any Imperial Space Troopers?

maybe give a new republic trooper an emp launcher and make it super effective against the space troopers.

i have an idea for space trooper...
re-skin it; make it more stormtrooper-y and less see-thru-y
then, take the flame spitter from Rhen Var: Ice Gate, and give him it along with these weapons...
1. Increased RoF Rifle
2.Flame Spitter
3. Rocket Launcher
4.Mortar Launcher
(Note: the Rifle and Rocket Launcher would be default weapons (the ones you spawn holding) and Flamer and Mortar would be Secondaries (the ones you have to hit f or g to equip) and the default weapons would be unlimited ammo.
Keep the Jetpack and the bonus health
If you do that, I think he alone will balance the teams out...

Yes, even if it's more risky with Rukh aboard Thrawn's admiral ship...
Moreover, he's too precious for the Empire to leave him exposed to the danger of the battlefield...
Majin', will you release the new textures you made ? (For the Storm Commando, Space Trooper, etc...)

ok theres 2 probs, y is thrawn not whering a space helmet (which might explain why hes blue) and if ur gonna make the space trooper that white, why not make it almost transparent, or tranlucent

You could just make thrawn a vehicle in himself, like have him spawn in a at-st.
Why not give the space trooper the shock rifle from jedi academy, make it do similar damage to the rocket.

btw, the flame spitter would not be good for a space trooper, since how do you operate a flame thrower in space?

No Imperial Space Trooper, LOL. It seems that everyone just looked at the pictures and didn't read the post.
Moreover, Space troopers are especially used for starships' hacking... They're not specialized in terrestrial battles...

and I can see you added TIE's and X-wings in the background... but the MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL!!! do you ALSO have Lasers and Explosions in the air too? like the sky is filled lasers across th ewhole sky, and eksplosions lightening up the battle

I always wanted that, and I'll guess its possible

isnt that the same like adding TIE's or X-wings? just add Eksplosions popping up, and lasers to fly.... GREAT
