Thanks for the update guru. I think I needed to do update my avatar anyway, so is this website using a better server or better update of some sort since then?

well wordpress sucks, that is what was hacked, i tossed it and we have tons of backups of the forums so we are fine no matter what happens. I wanted a new avatar too, ill be reuploading the smilies and buttons that are missing as well, if you guys spot broken stuff let me know please thanks.

The font color is missing, in the tab for the website at the top of my browser it says "yourdomain.com", and it looks like signatures might be enabled. I'll be on the lookout for more.

The avatars are broken because I can't link off site. I can only upload from my computer.

EDIT: Signatures are enabled, but only for special people. I'm not one of those people.

Gifs can't be avatars anymore, otherwise mine would be fine since it's in my Dropbox.

Page titles all appear as "yourdomain.com".
Also, BBCode buttons don't inject BBCode when clicked.

Edit: I also can't view anybody's profile lol.

Edit 2: Major problem: Literally every single Gametoast hyperlink (like ones linking to threads, posts, etc.) is now broken due to the lack of the "forums" parent in all URLs. D:

On the bright side, the website icon didn't break this time - LOL

Edit 3: On another hand, the brown theme is apparently missing, so some members (such as AQT) can't do anything. D:!!!
Edit 4: The "Who is online" page can no longer be visited. D:

fixed some permissions, still working on images, if anyone has a new theme we should try let me know, ill add some. i didnt think about the /forums sub folder issue in links ughhhh. list the most important stuff ill bust those out first

So should we be concerned about passwords or anything? I don't think I've used this particular one anywhere else on anything important in years so it's no problem for me, I'm more asking for other people.

That's a really good question. My GT password is my secure one that I use on important things, like ...other... places...

Hmmmm. Fusion is asking if passwords could be compromised. Lemme just post on the internet exactly where else I use this password... you know, to show what people could get access to, should passwords be compromised.

So you may want to make a forwarding from gametoast/forums to gametoast.com/index.
I allways look at gametoast.com/forums and i think the most do the same. So you should make a forwarding that the most member see that Gametoast is online again.


If you are looking for some smilys i downloaded some of them a while ago.

Here are a bunch of emoticons that I grabbed with the Wayback Machine as well as a few other forums.

All of the links in the links threads like the FAQ and assets thread are corrupted due to them having a /forums/ before /viewtopic.

the memberlink isn't in the header anymore

moderator links are removed, and profile links, too

I was overdue for updating my completely random and unique password anyway.

I hadn't realized the site came back up; my default link was to /forums/index.php.

Missing the brown theme. Penguin did nice work on the one that's the default now, but the brown one felt a lot more readable. Would love to see that one back.

Edit: For what it's worth, the only reason we're having problem seeing things that we previously could see has to do with the fact that addresses are at gametoast.com instead of gametoast.com/forums. Example (my profile):

ok so smilies are missing, bbcode buttons (where is this missing from), i added the brown theme again its called starguru i think. Ill add smilies today , what else is messed up? I put a link from /forums to show we are now live on gametoast.com not forums. missing anything else?
