I need ideas on recreating foliage [Solved]

This is a picture of the foliage i want to recreate :

I'm not sure what would be the best path to recreating it so I'm looking for some creative ideas

would it be best for me to use foliage in ZE to recreate this ? if so how would I go about doing that ?
Should I use an msh to recreate it and if so is there one in the shipped game that could get me started ?
could I maybe use a "vine" ... although that might rotate weird when the player goes up to it ...

or maybe there is a completely other way to do this ...

What do you guys think ?

I would:
1. Use a rectangular plane msh with hard edged transparency enabled.
2. Create a texture with leaves and twigs where none of them touch the edge (for seamless purposes).
3. Repeat step 1 and 2 for variations.
4. Set up .prp file for these msh's similar to how stock Geonosis flat rocks are done.
5. Apply to terrain in Foliage mode only to flat areas for best results.
