How do I get rid of the ground, like in Mygeeto and Bespin?

EnableTerrain(0) if I remember correctly. This is what I use for BF1 and I assume still holds for BF2 as well.

or raise it so high that the objects are below the terrain I did that in my Mygeeto map

Oh well thanks guys but Elmo told me that for his Mygeeto, he replaced the .ter file with a space .ter file. It worked for me too!
