I'm really angry with Nividia now! My graphics card is away for repair this week so if the map comes out this week, I won't be able to play it!

Will you be able to shoot other people/droids off thier bikes?

P.S. I don't have Battlefront 1.

Hmm, in the PXR Racing Map
checkpoints are required. This Boras II map is about jumping through the air, doing crazy stunts and so on.

So in this map winning is not the most important part, but having fun.

As to the bike types:

Type 1: Aratech "Kaduu" 93-X Speederbike
Fast and lots of stamina, but very few health - only a blaster pistol

Type 2: Mobequet "Nexu" Zephyr L Speederbike
Medium Speed, Medium Health - ordinary bike blaster cannon

Type 3:Uulshos Manufacturing "Bantha" 13/37 Swoop
Low speed/stamina, high health, lock-on-missile

the lighting is fixed, but 1 problem remains, the ai won't follow the plans that are there on their speederbikes even tho htey are hover plans, these were converted with the rest of the map to bf2, does that mean i have to redo them? or is there another solution to this. If anyone an answer, cuz if i can fix this soon I will be able to release the map today for bf2, and it will be a while before I have time to work on this again...

k...i redid the plans but they still dont work >.< but I did get everything else ready, such as modded units and bikes. For the hell of it i gave a lightsaber to some of the units ;)

In swbf1 modding i was able to make a "racetrack" of sorts, but the problem with the ai is that they are still functioning in the original mode you set(whether it be conquest or ctf). If your using conquest, you have to "bait" the ai into racing. Basically, set up a spawn point with no spawn path at the end of your race track, and the ai will follow your plans to get there. After that.. well they'll stop, unless of course you can bait them back to the first spawn.

thats basically what i did, and they actually went back and forth along the track, it worked really well...but for somereason bf2 ai aren't as easily baited.

ok i have some good news, i've more or less solved the planning problem as ai do now race however there are tons of bugs with teh planning such as the "loitering" bug, yet SOME do race but not as perfectly as in the bf1 version. However when your playing this map you won't care much about what the ai are doing trust me. ;) Anyway I expect I will be able to release it either today or tomorrow.
Here are its current stats:

Updates from the bf1 version:
More Cps/speederbikes
Speederbikes have nearly infinite health
Speederbikes now go at bf1 speed, rather than at slow bf2 speed, in addition to having turbo (sprint)
Hidden Stunt Tanks are located in various places, and often disappear and reappear in different places so they are hard to find
Modded Unit: Jedi Wookie (crossbow and lightsaber)
Modded Unit: Special Agent Officer (Mortar Launcher and lightsaber)
Modded Unit: Special Agent Dark Troop (arccaster, flamethrower and inf jet)
Modded Unit: Special Agent Jet Troop (Emp Launcher, lightsaber, and inf jet)
Modded Unit: Stunt Droideka (Fast speed (roughly that of a speederbike))
General Grievous added to cis side

Bugs:
A Few Texture Issues
Motion Planning Issues
No Secondary Weapons for Lightsaber-Weilding (non-hero) units
