1) Get the latest security and virus information from microsoft
2) Check for the latest updates from Windows update
3) Get support for security related issues
4) Get help about security center
5) Change the way security center alerts me

OK, go to your Security Center again and click Internet Options. Then go to the "Advanced" tab and scroll down until you see the security section. Look for something along the lines of 'Allow active content to run on My Computer' and click apply. Now try it.

nope it didnt work but ive found the problem
I typed the error message into google and i found out that i need a hotfix to cure it. Im downloading it now and ill let you know how it goes

didn't work
it said there was no need to install because i already had the latest updates or something
i'll keep on searching but if anyone knows what to do please tell me
