Is it possible to make hover vehicles align with the building like in this screenshot? They do to a point but then they become horizontal again.. It happens at a steep enough incline, not just when they are going straight up. It would be cool to be able to ride up buildings like obi wan is doing in the Clone Wars mini series. I couldn't spot the perfect odf line, but if you have any idea please post!

Hmm. An increased Acceleration and ForwardSpeed value *might* work, but no promises.

I tripled the acceleration and speed for the speeder, but the same thing happened, only faster. With collisionscale set to 0 you can pretty much ride up any flat wall (still with your vehicle horizontal), it's funny.
I also set thrustpitchangle to 90 and it resulted in the speeder doing fast front flips.. I don't know what is happening there..
I think the problem has something to do with the springbodies, but I'm not sure..
I don't have time to test things any more today, but more ideas are great! I think this thing it totally possible.
EDIT:
these look useful but I don't know how I would change them

Ideas?PitchRate = 0.5 // Sets the rate of pitching the vehicle
PitchFilter = 1.0 // Sets the rate ramping up the pitch when starting a tilt
PitchDamp = 1.0 // Sets the rate slowing down the vehicle when stopping a tilt

Hope this contributes a little - You can do the same mod with Droidekas - By setting MaxBallAngle to 90, lets you stick and climb walls while in ball mode.

I wonder if this would work with walkers.

MaxTerrainAngle is only for walkers sadly. And I tested the droideka MaxBallAngle for fun, doesnt really work at 90 or above (same with maxterrainangle), even if you set it higher. Any more ideas guys?

is there a need that the wall has 90°?? On kashyyyk you can ride up trees with the stock tank and speeder

the problem is not the angle of the wall its that the speeder stays horizontal when going up it

While I don't know about the bikes, I noted that with the Droideka's angle mod, you have to scrape the wall sideways, or come to a corner before it sticks and climbs.
