My only problem with this map in its current state is the it feels to familiar because of the stock Mos Eisley. My challenge to you is to create something original or lightly used that we can play the map and remember it by. Even simply putting in another maps assets would make this map stand out more. Keep that in mind.

Other then an used feel, this map looks like a lot of work was put into it and it does look like a worthwhile download. See you on Filefront (or here, wherever you prefer).

Well... this map is pretty much dead, untill I can work out how to do planning properly. I don't want to use AQTs method of using barriers, but stopping people running into walls is harder than it looks :|

You know what? Zip up the entire Data_*** folder (with a password), upload it to filefront, and sent me a PM with the Dowload link if you are interested. I'll happily set up the barriers AND planning for you, with the same precision as I made them in my map.
It's a shame to put a map in cold storage, if it can be stopped :)
(If you want a better Planning tutorial, the FAQ has a very simple tutorial for it (<-click). I only found/read it AFTER I did all my planning and barrier work, the whole procedure is very self-explanatory(at least for me it was))

Interesting... I will read this, and hopefully get (re-)started on the planning soon :D

Well, in the meantime, I wrote THIS. Maybe that can help you even more, if anything is unclear, please ask me via that thread.

Good but looks a bit familiar. You need to make it your own like a couple other people were saying. But, doing good for your first map. (I'm working on my first map too.)

Thanks! the other tut wasn't helpful, I already knew how to do the whole hub/connections thing. But this explains barriers better, so maybe if i can't get them to go the right way, I can stop them from going the wrong way :P
