Make texture glow

Hi,
i try to make a texture glow. But it glows just white and i want it to glow the way the texture looks (it's blue).
I took 06 as the inside flag

Texture opacity controls glow intensity. I recommend setting it to roughly 80% and working your way down from there.

do you need the object to be transparent? if not, try using 02 or 03.

it should be transparent. But it needn't.
I wanted to add a simular glow you can see on this pic to my weapon. And i thought it looks great when it was a bit transparent
