well thats a good point. Anyways i think that we should stop bumping the topic now as 11of3 hasnt posted once out of this whole conversation
well I have a few long days away working and come back to all this!
I maybe wrong about reaching the object limit, but there are certain objects already in the map that work, but once I add more of them it crashes. Also due to the amount of objects,Zero editor is running very slow.
EGGGSellent point here. Those people that are purists and want only what was in the movies in the maps, to you I say it can't be done and make the map exciting and fun to play. If you think it can, then by all means do it. Get the tools and make the map to your specifications. We will all play it and let you know what we think.
I try to make my maps as true to the movies as I can(hence the rebel base in my first Death Star map)Most space maps follow the same formula,I just trying to make something different and fun and belongs in a Battlefront game.

Try using the Nebulon-B frigate model included with the game, instead of Home One, or any other Mon Cal. It's large enough to serve as a command ship, but definitely smaller than a Star Cruiser. As an added bonus, they were actually in the movies! Lol.

Yeah but that model is badly textured, not very detailed in design and model, and more importantly...it doesn't have a hangar!

Making a different one is a different story though
There was a topic some time ago in the XSI forums about some new GCW frigates. You should look into it

WOW. You must be new. Hundreds of people here have that ability, and many are actually
more skilled. Ever heard of penguin, or rends, or teancum, or dohnutt? (Not saying this isn't good 11of3, because it is.

)
There is already a battle over coruscant. Several, in fact.
(OFF TOPIC: ^ that wasn't "junior moderating", was it? I'm not entirely clear on that rule.)

Yes, you are new. Not only did you ask "when will this be out" but you threatened 11of3, wich is absolutely not allowed.

11of3 this map looks so awesome and the Millinum looks so cool but I have 2 questions 1.is it going to be like the 1st DDS map (fly though the Death Star and see and small part of it and I am sorry if you have answered this question like a million times but I did not read the other pages of this.2. What happens if you destroy the Death Star core will the death star blow up or something.
Anyway can't wait

Jareth -- you've broken rules number 5, and 10. Normally we'd let that slide on the first time but frankly it's pretty annoying when people do that, so you're getting you're 2nd warning for violating two rules.

Eh, you could still add the ordinary hangar, or (if it's too big) the polis massa one. But it would require you to use "terrain cutters" on that model.
But before getting hectic over the "new" model, we could try the same with the ordinary rebel transport seen in the space battle of hoth.

Why does everyone always talk about terrain cutters as if they were magical swords or something?
TERRAIN CUTTERS CUT TERRAIN.
Hence the name. Intersecting a terrain cutter with a model will do nothing. You will simply have a terrain cutter stuck through a model.

Fun fact: The below-mentioned "terrain cutter" actually was a magical sword. Booyah.
(Stone = terrain, you follow. I realize it may not actually be funny; I'm a little tired right now.)
And I wasn't suggesting using the Neb-B as a spawnpoint, just a command ship for the battle. Your best bet for getting a small spawnpoint would be modeling one yourself - and in that case, a medium transport (Hoth transport) might be a good idea, as it's a fairly simple model.
