Softimage Mod tool crashes

When I open softimagin mod tool 7.5 on my windows 7 computer it freezes after the startup and gives me the program not responding message. Any one know why?

Don't know if you've tried this, but try waiting a couple minutes. Mine always says not responding while it's loading up, but then it works after waiting a bit.

Thanks for the response but I have left it sit for 30mins with no luck.
