Well, you could delete the clission, but that won't help I don't think.
Pretty sure that "wall" is part of the model itself.

... yea, if you have xsi full version, and the full version of 3D object converter.
Total cost: Aproxx 1500$ + 50$
Exporting your own goodies: Priceless.

Someone else could do it for you, but I don't know anyone with the full 3D Object Converter.
