Big, big thank you to Zerted, I've got the custom BFX eras working now.

I'm planning to make the Jabba the Hutt prop destructable. The explosion effect should be hilarious.

I'm in the stages of finishing up the project - next release will be the final.

@ ARC_Commander -- do you want the Convo Pack scripts, addme, mission.req, etc? That should make your work much easier.

Yes, please! Although, I was wondering - how would the maps and sound files be loaded? Would I have to package them with BFX, or have they been stored in the DATA folder somehow?

When it's all said and done all sides and sounds will be stored in the DATA folder.

arc will the new version use unofficial 1.3 or 1.2 or even either


P.S i got a CTD GCW mos eisley also hoth mos loads then crashes hoth crashs after hitting launce no errors just crashes

It's been mentioned like 20 times. It's a Convo Pack bug, and I've already fixed it for the next version.

I believe you can fix those nasty crashes by having lighting quality to medium or low.

Diet Dr. Pepper i whant this mode and i tryed all i can :faint:
i instulled everything you need for this mode and in the same order but when i whant to play maps like alderaan and haruun kal there are no points to join the battle so i cant fight :(
im new at gametoast and it would be great if someone could help me with that problem :bowdown:

that has nothing to do with this mod ..those are conversion pack maps so cant help ya

Alrighty, I've encountered a strange problem. Some maps would CTD because, for some reason, the mission.req won't add their LUAs. It seems to be that I had too many entries in mission.req - making separate chunks didn't solve the problem entirely.

Now, the reason for having so many entries is that I had added an extra Conquest mode (Uber) with 2x reinforcements so online battles would last longer. So I removed it, problem appears to be solved.

But here's the catch: this means that I had to drop the AI counts on most maps to 32, in order for people to be able to change the reinforcement counts from the game options.

The big maps - Kashyyyk, Hoth, Geonosis, Endor, and Yavin - will have Conquest with more AI - that can't be adjusted - and Uber mode with more AI and reinforcements - that also can't be adjusted.

Now, this could mean that I won't be able to add BFX mode to Conversion Pack maps - unless I make an "extension" for BFX that would be housed in a separate ADDON folder. (CPX - Conversion Pack Extreme? :mrgreen:)

That's a shame I hope you can fix it, anyway for the mode problem could you just lower the amount of points to unlock units?
