so when i was opening my odf. file i axidentily clicked "always open with this program" and now all my odfs are notepad.... is there anyone to undo this and makeit so they retun to normal?...

Right click --> Open With (about half way down) --> Choose Program. Then choose a new program to associate with the files.

It still "has" .odf at the end, you probably just don't have your file extension display turned on.

how do I turned on file extension display?

If you're running Windows, Control Panel -> Folder Options -> View(?)

The BEST program is either Notepad++ or Scintilla. Both are free and have advantages over the other. I use Scintilla always when editing LUA files as it color codes things. if you need to find them

I agree with Teancum on the Scintilla for editing luas, it has the colors but also the added benifit of easily finding out if you are missing a bracket or quote because it will highlight the error (when looking at the file in lua mode)
