yeah,take a TGA file (skins) and do some paint on it or solarise it (nice effect) or better:use filters !

Ok i will try that but btw where can i find the tga files?
there in the msh folder in any of the side folders

Oh and at first try recolours, using the hue/saturation tool or the replace/selective colour tools.
