Problems adding water - Resources tried and failed

I'm making a Kashyyk map where the CIS is attacking a Republic coastal city using transports and bombers that are launched off of their two floating frigates. However, I don't yet know how to add water, and the documentation is rather confusing on this subject. My map has the coast on one end, but the other three sides are basically open. Can someone explain how I would add water to my map? Is there any way to make it show up on Zeroeditor?

I just used the search function, and all it did was prove that many people are wondering this, but a conclusive, complete answer has never been given. What I need is a step-by-step summary including everything I need to do to add water to my map. If part of those instructions involve modifying a file, I need to know where that file is located.
Also, a look at the search results reminded me that I would eventually want to drastically increase the fog density on my map, and add rain. Although just instructions on adding water would be welcome now, I could use help (again including file locations) on those too.

Honestly man use the seach function . Using search this took 10 seconds to find its a great utility :

As the thread where I got it from says, this is a swbf1 tut. but it also works for swbf2.
Good luck with your map.

...and that great utility doesn't work because file locations have been moved around for Battlefront II modding. Not to be rude, that is, but I need help, and neither that Tutorial nor the one in the FAQ is much good, because both are for BF1. I need help for Battlefront II, not its predecessor, and I need that help in the form of detailed, step-by-step instructions with file locations given. Can anyone do that?
