The subject pretty much states the problem. i try to open zeroeditor and this is what it says instead of opening "zeroeditor.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.

An error log has been created."

well i've tried to restart it and it won't work, i don't know where the error log is, and by the way this started happening around the time i started getting internet connection problems due to failed wire if that would affect it. I would appreciate help.

well, ive had this problem before. all i had to do was re-install Mod Tools, and now it works fine. maybe you should try that.

It may have something to do with screen resolution. (not sure about that though)

Use a program such as FlashGet (Google it) to make sure that the installer is fully downloaded. If you lose internet connection the download manager will simply pause the download. Also, look at the Everything You Need thread to check if your answer isn't in there.
