The previous series being better is a matter of discussion. About the OT never existed, that's not true at all. TCW is having more attention now because it's the new Star Wars product that is on air. When the prequels were released, it was the same thing. I fail to understand your logic (or lack of it).

I saw the new episode this morning. Kind of dull, and I still don't care for their interpretation of Mandalore. What's funny is that a guy came into work today talking about the corruption in America. My day seems to be having a theme here.

Pretty boring episode to me, but I liked the police hovers. :)

Yes, dull is the word to define this episode.

I thought it was pretty dull as well, nothing really exciting happened. Almost kinda seemed like a chick-flick episode for me. lol

I don't mind political episodes here and there, but having so many in a row can get old. The show really doesn't have the time to adequately do these sorts of storylines (corruption in the government, etc) justice. They're always really rushed and predictable, plus there's little to no emotional investment from the audience because we just met most of these characters.

At least we get Aurra Sing next week. Hopefully this season can pick up the momentum it dropped after the premiere.

I read somewhere that this season is going to focus more on character development. Which, unfortuantely, probably means more political/dialouge-focued episodes.

I saw The Academy. It was a refreshing twist. Too bad we won't be seeing a follow-up to the Mandalorian Death Watch plot.
