Softimage (XSI) 2010 and XSIAddon trouble

Hey guys,
I recently got the full version of the brand new Softimage 2010. When I went to install the PandemicBF2 xsiaddon file, I kept getting errors
such as "The Addon could not register" and "Unspecified Failure," then I get a batch file opening up and freezing Softimage for almost five minutes! When I go under the installed addons and plug-ins window, It says that PandemicBF2 is installed, but I can't access the menu option that has the EditFlags and MeshExporter. Is this version simply not compatible with the addon or am I just doing something wrong? Btw, I tried both the regular Pandemic addon that came with the modtools and the fixed version that is downloadable here on gametoast, both produced the same errors.
Also another question: Just incase I can't get this working, Is Crosswalk 4.0 compatible with Meshex?
