The new weirdest crash problem ever

Post by Redline »

.... Since a while I've a new weird problem. I solved it one time but after I've played with the ABC.fx world effects the map continued crashing. In Space the map works fine but on the planet the game crashes immediately! Oo
If I remove the water the map doesn't start anymore.
After the map is loaded the game crashes. Oo?
I've tried to remove the doors, because I thought the doors were the problem but they weren't.

Here a video which I've recoded with X-fire:
http://de.xfire.com/video/571dd4/

The water is loaded.
After the 15 th second the game crashes.
But if you start in space the game doesn't crash. Fly into the planet and the game will just crash.
This is the weirdest Battlefront bug ever.
Does anybody know how to fix that?
PS: Ozean is enabled. The problem seems to be the water but if I remove the water the game crashes too. Oo Also the Battlefront-log shows no crash reason.
And the engine should be able to handle with these figure of objects.

Even if you don't think there's a relevent error, always post the log. Standard procedure. :)

Did you make any changes to the sides recently? Anything at all?

So you went into ZE, removed the water, and then the map doesn't even start anymore? Does it crash? If so when does it crash? On the last loading dot, halfway through loading, on select screen, etc.

Only the Republic Commander.

Yep, I've pressed the button clear map by Water so the map was clear of water.
After the last loading dot the map does crash.

Well what did you change on the Republic Commander?

Oh, and have you turned the AI off and tested it? That's something I do often. If there's a weird crash, then turn the AI off and do tests. Basically the AI will trigger side related problems more often than the player, so when they're off you can try and find the problem easier (usually a weapon and/or weapon loadout).

If you turn all the AI off, and it still crashes, then it's probably not side related.

Does not work. I tested this before.
