Kamino: Tipoca City BF1 (beta 0.98) --New version April 5, 0

Essentially this version is to check for any serious bugs before 1.0 release. I have not finished 'wall hacker protection' so please don't bother with those bugs.
Heroes: (Clone Wars only)
NOTE: I'm not changing the heroes to Obi-Wan and Jango. If you want to play as them play the BF2 Kamino.
-Republic: Sharad Hett
-CIS: IG-88
Gametypes:
-Conquest
-2 Flag CTF
-1 Flag CTF
-Hero Assault
-Hunt (Episode II clones versus Episode III clones)
-XL
New Characters:
-ARC Captain (is the Ep II clones officer)
-Sharad Hett (Tusken jedi from CW era comics)
-IG-88
-Plo Koon
-Jerec (from Jedi Knight video game)
-Yun (from Jedi Knight video game)
Fixed bugs:
-Minimap is fixed
-IG-88 is done
-Hunt Mode is now fixed
-Droideka's effects are fixed
Known bugs / things left to do:
-Death regions for hackers
-The New Recon/Commander units don't work with award weapons *will cause some crashes* (fixed for new version)
-All Recon/Commander units use Republic weapons
-Commander's Guided Rockets missing *launcher is there but no rocket* (my own notes)
-Need to increase max fly height in Hunt Mode.

ok... some bugs:
first of all the drideka effect is wrong:
You need to localizate IG-88 for conquest...
IG-88's gun has no sound in qonquest, but IG-88's JETPACK does???:

I suggest you remove the jetpac lines in the odf and add something like this:
JumpHeight = 4.5 // base jump height in meters
JumpForwardSpeedFactor = 3.3 // boost forward part of velocity by this factor when jumping
JumpStrafeSpeedFactor = 2.5 // boost side/backward part of velocity by this factor when jumping
That wil give him something speciall.
On CTF2 the clones wont go fughter than this:

The heroes in assault need localization, and heres a thing i noticed:

This guy has hair back on his head... i hope this is not meant to be this way...

2nd pic --- Oops, yeah I forgot to fix that part. Thanks for that one
3rd & 4th pics --- Yeah, I knew about those bugs too. Just haven't got to em'.
5th pic --- Yes, that guy's hair is supposed to be that way. That's the way Jerec looks. He's mostly bald in Jedi Knight.

Yeah !! This map is soo great !!
The hunt mode with ep II clones Vs. ep III clones is very sweet.
This kamino map is cooler, more like the movies.
Great Job !!!

Uhh... IG-88 was not around then, he was in the GCW.
Nice to have the map back, but i dont think IG should fight like Boba, make him with new weapons and no jetpack. Please fix the sound errors.
Nice job, please release a new version soon.

Actually IG-88 was around during the Clone Wars era. If you've seen the Clone Wars cartoons you'll know that IG droids existed back then.

1-flag's setup is perfect. It's comparible in difficulty to Kashyyk: Dock's 1-flag. Although I kept thinking there should be another spawn point for each side, but couldn't think of where it would make sense and be even. I thought right on the middle two platforms, but then one side would get the ramps straight up to the door going inside and it wouldn't be as fair. Maybe one platform over..I dunno. Lighting on the objects looks good too, but I don't recall if there were shadows...
In 2-flag the republic AI would swarm either on the platform they spawned from or the platform below that right by the stairs. They never even made it half way over to their flag.
I really enjoyed hunt mode too. Makes me think that a rebels vs CIS war would be fun. Not that it's necessarily accurate to the movies, but it would be fun regardless.

As always, I'll see what I can do about AI, but the AI paths are exactly how Pandemic left them, so it may just be flat out dumb AI and not the pathing.

Sounds exciting...but I think I'll wait till a more finalized version of this map is done.
I will donwload it, though. Count on that much.
Yeah, so I guess this map isn't very popular.
Yeah. It's a good map, but it's not particularly thrilling. I liked that one Kamino re-make that was done for BF1 better. I can't recall what its title was, though..

Well, the pathing for the CTF modes is seperate from the pathing in conquest isn't it? So there wouldn't have been Pandemic pathing for CTF because it didn't exist in BF1.
