is it possible to get more then just 255 connections and hubs

I didn't know there was a limit.

becuase i wont my people to go in some place becuase it is a big map but i couldnt becuase it there was a limit. so i had to lower it.

A single hub can go across the whole map. All you need it two to get from the command post to the outside hub.

i know I hate that. Had a huge problem with that on rhen var temple. No way to avoid it really. Just try and cut down as many as you can.

And woner, putting one big planning path wont work if there's anything that the ai will run into lol.

I forgot about that, I just assumed the map was empty. Don't know why, but I did.
