...Or the way grievous does. That would be werid. Imagine his "rush" attack with the sword and sheild just constantly spinning. Strange.

Is it even possible to give a regular unit Grievous's animations? He's a way different size and model, and then there's the 4 arms....

I have ocarina of time, majora's mask, oracle of seasons, and oracle of ages. I must say that the gilded sword from majora's mask would be something cool for a map like this.

Hhhm the only way I could see that happening is if it was a weapon (like someone said) with a collision. Not sure if the game would let that happen.
Grevious definetly uses different bones, I have no clue what would happen if you did try to use his animations with a regular soldier!
I love the Gilded Sword, it was a shame it was only in MM for a little while before you upgrade it.

Actually in the BF1 map Naboo: Ouch Time, Majin Revan and (I think) SteveK14 got a gungan shield working that reflected droid blasters. I really don't have any idea how they did it, but you could try contacting SteveK14.

ummm i dont know how to mod but could u use force choke for the ice arrows since it makes people stop then somehow make them not choke

I'm not planning on having fire/ice arrows in this version. Not sure that would work either.

Razor Sword = breaks after 100 swings and cannot be taken back in time
Gilded Sword = Strongest level of sword. made with Razor Sword and gold dust. can be taken back in time.
(I just have a good memory for games.)

Awsome map, Vyse. But I agree with yoyam: if you could get a shield to block swords and arrows (maybe you could use the Jedi's block function, only not have the block animation), that would be sweet! It's just a matter of making it look like the shield is blocking stuff (though it may be more involved than that). Further, you could have the character move at half speed when he/she is blocking, and have them crouch. You could get into some serious mideval tactics.

Are the "Link" units the heroes for each team? I was wondering if you were going to have one of Link's weaker swords as a regular unit and the Master Sword for the hero. Just a thought.

Well, from what I've seen of Link, he can spin pretty fast when he wants to.
And if he uses dual sabers animation, he could also use Aayla-style Force block, which could let you block projectile weapons with the shield.
