Simple problem. Not so simple solution, if there will be one. Visualmunge is not working: it runs, but does not actually compile the data into .lvl files, just copies the existing ones, if any, (I know this because a copied an old backed up Data_XYZ file and it worked), and I frankly have no idea why it's doing this, it worked before I got Vista...

....Oh.

In all seriousness, an Uninstall of the mod tools didn't work.
