What do these numbers mean? [Solved]

Hello, could Vour tell me what the numbers are consistent and after classes, for example:
Hidden/Spoiler:
soldier = {"all_inf_rifleman", 9, 25},
The yellow 9 is the MINIMMUM number of ai units on the field at any one time, the red 25 is the maximum number of units on the field at one time.
