If you want to make a cp caturable in space do this:
1. select the cp you want. i am useing rep-cp1 for example
2. on the right there will be a box. select the top bar in the box
3. put in the name of you cps region(rep-cp1con)
4. your cp is now capturable and it will work when you capture it.
