You know how there's the force cast, or other web casts websites have. I was thinking that we could use a gametoast podcast to boost our publicity. What do you think??

I'd totally do that. I don't know what all is involved, but I'd do it. Does anyone have any information on how to set up something like that?

What kind of show could a Gametoast podcast even feature?

Well, we could feature behind-the-scenes stuff for major mods, some tips and tricks on modding, and what Guru is up to

Why would I care about something I can't use?

If I podcasted it'd be a 2-5 minute single-person deal just explaining what's new. It's really tough to get multiple folks together. I mean, I guess we could find something like Microsoft NetMeeting to record a voice conference, but I'm ignorant to that stuff. & Fusion -- you seriously need a new PC dude. I miss my best beta tester.

After the Wii, 360, Halo 3, and the soon-to-be-bought Earthbound, I don't think I'll be getting a computer for a loooong time


Plus I'm starting to like the Xbox Controls better...


For this thread however, I'm always on Live, so you can get my voice that way.

Isn't there a way to use a 360 controller on more recent computers?

I don't know a whole lot about podcasts but seriously, outside of maybe a handful of people (mostly people here) whose going to listen to it?

Its not that hard to set up podcasting. All you really need is

A) Storage for the podcast mp3's them selves,
B) Audacity for recording the podcast,
C) Skype if you're going to do multiple people,
D) Celtx for writing the script.

Yeah this sounds like a good idea if someone has some time on their hands. Otherwise, it may prove to be more work than what would be gotten out of it.

If this does happen, I'll help do the music. PM me any body who wishes for this to get set up....
