I want to make all the republic characters for my new map to look really cool. And instead of creating whole new folders, data, odfs, etc like the documents say. I've taken the lazy mans approach and copied the rep side from the assets folder straight into my world's sides folder. So I change the skins, munge the data and nothing happens. Could someone tell me what's wrong?

...but discounting that, you probably didn't set up your .lua to read a modified side.
