U dont need to record anything for me i dont care much about sound. But what I do need to do is get the units the way I want them (modded and localized) and get a better crash model...possibly modded.

ok this is a quick update on whats been goin on. Ok this new version is really more of a revision, you can choose whether to keep the first version or the second, because the revised version is far more different. The crash site has been redesinged quadrupled in size, greivous has new powers and skills. The feel have the battle has changed slightly since the battle area has been increased (as well as the cis count to match), but if you wanted to fight a battle more like in the cartoon, this is it. It will be released soon within the next few weeks/days.

I have almost finished the lua for you. Could you PM me all of the changes, so if I need to, I can add "dc:" to the Sides etc.?

Sounds like a lot of fun!!!! Can't wait til it comes out. I think the whole idea of this map is great: very creative. I think the whole idea of doubling the crash site is a fantstic idea, as the crash site in the cartoon seemed quite large anyways. Seemed as if they had quite a few places to hide if they needed to. Remember when Grievous flies down from the top of the site, that would be cool if you left in a hole in the top of the crash site so if you want you can have Grievous leap down from the top onto unaware Jedi. I love that cartoon series. It added so much to the story of Star Wars. And it also gave you a picture of what the Clone Wars actually looked like. And these maps add even more. Especially for those who haven't seen The Clone Wars. Later

i've an idea, you see in the cartoon, when republic came for helping ki adi mundi, they threw some bombe...can you make the latt have same bomb as the v-wing?

the arc clones threw some remote controlled bombs from inside the laat, and later detonated 'em, to create a escaping route, the bombs are much like the timed ones you have on bf1 and 2, i think it sucks that you cant shoot or jump out of the laat while on passenger view, they should have let players throw grenades and shoot droids from it, is there a way to actuallly incorporate that to the game?

I hink the most important thing to get sorted in this map is making it into an actual battle. Get those CIS ships sorted, get the troops fighting in and out of the ships, get more troops, a hell of alot more , get more ships in the air, get more of everything and make them fight (at the moment the rep troops are stationary and the cis stay in the hanger. Then you can consider my very good ideas (lol);

- give the jet packs a boost so when u hold sprint u can boost through the air for a while
- lower the damage of force crush
- give the downed rep ship some smoke and fire, and even an alarm siren

Anyway great map! I hope the revision makes it more acurate to the clone wars cartoon and make it even more fun.

right now the bugs i have to fix are an error with aayla's tentacles, localization, and getting the feel of the battle just right but shifting the number of units per team and moving around motion plans

Is it possible to create a rep. gunship and if you are in passengers slot that you can shoot and stuff like thta.( so not only standing.)????

Ah. Can't wait.
Loved the first version, although it bugged me that the acclamator was in the background, not in the foreground.
Did you actually crash the acclamator in the ground this time? Its done in the Destroyed Wasteland map, so you can proably crash one in the ceneter (and use the scraps for the little area underneath it.

Oh. and it bugged me that the droids rushed inside the ship. they should stand outside and fire at whatever treis to come out and attack the clones. Only greivous should go inside the ship, if it follows the cartoon completely (at least not till later)

I wasn't much of a fan of this mpa so I hope the re-done version is alot different. I agree that the droids shouldnt come in the ship, and the jedi are too weak. Plus you should have the option as being the clones and flying their gunship. More Jedi health too

ok 2 things if u get rid of motion paths for cis going in, that makes the jedi unable to get out, plus even if i did that the units would still go in for the cps. also u cant have 3 sides, and rep werent one of the major fighters in this battle so they are to remain locals, although u can still use their gunship while playin as jedi, the jedi health has also been increased substancially so they dont die as soon as they spawn, but they can easily be slaughtered by greivous.

Plus, there will be an assault mode added where it is simply the Jedi vs. Greivous with no intervention from cis or rep units.

You can still release your map. It might be better or worse. the only way to find out is by actually releasing it.
