Particle Effect doesnt show on objects

I have a problem with the smoke/particle effects not coming out from the cables and other objects.

What do I have to do for them to work again?

Possibly a mist odf or something?
Open up the default Hoth and take a look.

You probably forgot to copy the effects folder over.. And yeah, like Darth_Maul pointed out, please be a bit more clear, and type something that makes sense.
