Hello everyone,
I have a problem with one of the models i made for a friend. I made a gun model using foundation for his map and it worked but the hand goes through one part of the gun, I tried to fix it by scaling down the model. After scaling it down to a reasonable size, i exported it for using the exporter for Foundation. I gave him the file and while he was munging he spotted an error saying "No poly count for pulserifle" he then tried it ingame and the gun never showed up. The model looked perfectly fine in meshviewer but not ingame.
I tried almost everything to fix the model until i became so annoyed i made a new model. I followed everything by the book but, sadly after hours of hard work, the model never munged properly and it still said "No poly count for pulserifle" and never showed up ingame. I looked at the gun in meshviewer and it was missing very few polygons.
My friend then put back the old gun which worked in the first place and munged it. The gun never came up ingame either. He then did a "manual clean" (I'm not sure what he cleaned out) then after that the gun came up again.
i'm not sure weather its my modelling or my friends map which is causing the problem but can someone please help?
