How to make things to transparent. what i'm basically trying to do is putting holes in to the cape for the sniper
1 go onto gimp or photshop,
2 go to layer
3 click "transparency"
4 click "add alpha channel"
5 Now go to the image and choose the ereaser tool, when you use this, a grey checkerboard pattern should appear, this means that that part of the texture is (theorecticly) invisible. (it works for some skins/msh textures, but not others...)
