As I recall I just used SWBF1's zaabin and zafbin files and modified the .anims as needed.

That makes the most sense. The zaabin file is 4 k bigger in BF1 than in BF2.
I also checked the walk_leftfoot_rightfoot and walk_rightfoot_leftfoot and there are no animations, they probably just did a normal export instead of a animation export which would send out the bones but since there is no animation the munge will ignore the msh files on munge which is why they don't show up in the anim file.
So as Teancum stated, into a sides munged folder copy the .anim file from the BF2 assets and edit it to add the missing anims. Then copy the zafbin and zaabin files from BF1 kaadu into the same munged folder. Then munge the side. Don't worry about munging the animation files from the animation folder it will only cause grief.

It didn't work. THe Kaadu did not change.
EDIT: Aha. I got it to work. I replaced the non-animation Kaadu animations with the Taun taun's version and cleaned and remunged. It works fine now. Thanks for all your help, guys.
