Skinning help.

Hello again. I am again trying to figure out how to skin, but nothing I do works. Im certain I followed
this tutorial correctly. However, in the mesh viewer, I have the blue and white trooper that shows up, not my red one. Again, in-game I have the blue trooper, and no red one. Following the tut, everything should be fine... But no red trooper. Tell me if I need to post my LUA, and what not. If you guys can help me 1) get him into the mesh viewer and 2) work in-game properly, that would be great.

Did you turn RLE compression off.
