I don't understand how you can convert sketchup items to msh? How do you do it ?

You can follow this tutorial to the point where you are getting the model into XSI and then ask if someone else can do that bit for you...

try to get the model into blender/ milkshape or 3ds max somehow

why cant you install xsi?

Because my computer is admin-ed by my stupid skewl! And I have slow internet lol : P

Actualy, Ace's is a bit out of date, it's for the older versions of sketchup ( I don't know what you have, though, impmodder)
Do as much as you can following this tut, and if you can't get another program to export the model, you'll need to ask someone else to export it for you. Check HERE
