I can't help but feel that Guruchat needs a fixed name system. Maybe a login like the forums. It just kinda gets confusing when the same person can make 10 posts with 10 different names and only guru will ever know who it is.

indeed guruchat is limited. It is a good test to see if we need live chat or not :-0

for now it will be ok, but...soon I plan to put up a nice real live chat if its warranted.

No! I likes the different names! As lpng as they're not hurting or annoying anyone, I think that feature should stay.

Why nor combine what Tsurugi said with what Food said. Make a login, and instead of saying "Whoever" when you don't enter a different name, it just says your GT name, or you could just enter a different name solely for Guruchat on your profile. If that's to complicated, then never mind.

It would be good if it was like an xfire chatroom with whos online on the side

There is alot of new changes in guruchat, but right now logins and more are a few weeks out.

Click on All commands on the chat page and try out battles between players. It makes chat super messy but its fun. lolz

Is there anything preventing users from spamming the bonuses commands over and over? I can "loot" or "win" seemingly without limit.

well right now its all a test, i plan to move those attacks and commands to buttons just like the avatar, so battles can be quick, also eventually all commands will have limits to them, right now its just to see if people would even use it.
