LUA for non-campaign question (Optional Objective)

As you already know I am not into LUA scripting, so there is my question, is it possible to complement Conquest, Flag, Assault, etc. with optional objectives? the idea is to give players access to some bonus like if it were the Fake Console for example, that is, making a "rare drop" for units like say "Remote Bombs part A, B, C" then once they are all carried over to a certain place to activate Sabotage Bonus, and the like, for that matter being able to see those objectives in your map.
