what would my spread have to be to get a straight shot if my ShotDelay was 1.0??

There are various parts that refer to spread. If you want only the first shot to be 100% accurate, then make sure yawspread, pitchspread, and the position spreads are all 0. If you want the weapon to always be perfectly accurate, set spreadlimit, spreadpershot, spreadrecoveryrate, and spreadthreshold all to 0 as well (could probably get away with just setting the recovery rate obscenely high).
