What do I name my animation?

I am confused to how I am to name my animations... after I have animated and done everything so I can export, what do I name it? is there a specific way to name something? is there a legend I can refer to? Can someone please help, I am confused and cant figure out the breakdown of the animation names

are you trying to name it in XSI? if you are, there is a "how to animate characters" thread in the help topics there.

What is it you are animating. Unit and vehicle movement animations require specific names. As do certain other things but some can be called whatever you want so it once again depends upon what you are animating.

Vehicles/ soldiers, and yeah I just figured out that I have to name them specifically to what the animation is.....
