You could use mygeto ash for snow, it looks just like snow and may be easyer than reskining somthing.
I used ash for snow in my map... that dosn't work anymore... but thats totaly unrelated... really.

Edit: oh wow I din't know this topic was 3 pages, this problem/issue may already be solved

What issue? I'm having a massive problem with my map that could kill this project if I can't fix it. It's fixable, I know. This was in the Conversion Mappack on Rhen Var:Harbor, where the map basically disappeared, and so did the CP's.

EDIT:Woot! I'm not sure how, but it is again fixed. Praise God...

Caleb, your location is Hyrule. Now do I get my penny?

Also Tuskenjedi, no. If I understand what you're saying, I'm not just changing the unit's skin name from rep_inf_ep3trooper to something like rep_inf_ep3heavytrooper and applying it, then repeating for all units. No, I went into their ODF's and replaced the geometry with the normal ep3 clone's. Now they skins will work when applied, not get a morphed look that looks like they were in a napalm accident.

Didn't you ask me to beta-test ? Did you ? But why am I not appearing on your list ? No offense, but it seems you forgot me.

No, I just didn't upload it. Also, I encountered a problem. I just realized I cannot send you the file. At least, not the full zip. I may just have to E-mail you the important files, as the size is, altogether, about 81.5 MB. I'll update the beta tester list tomorrow when I have time.

Good night.

Eh, that's what I to say with my P.M. : E-Mail Providers don't like to host big files (an attachment is nothing but a file hosted by the provider).

Anyway, I had just feared that you had expelled me from the list, due to...the pink background of my avatar, for example.

PS: I'd prefer to have a full download of everything compactly. With my DSL, downloading 80 MB is no real problem.

Well, when I tell it to attach files, there's about 5-6 slots for separate files. I was thinking I could upload a portion of the file to each one.

If all else fails, I'll send you the files from the folder in addon and you can make a TCS folder and add them yourself.

About the list thing, I don't care what's in your avatar really. I don't notice the pink, and it doesn't bother me.

Ok people, update again. Unless you beta testers would like to piece the directory structure together yourself, I can't hand out copies. This is due to an E-Mail host that won't take more than 20 MB a slot. Anyone know how I could get around this without decompiling my whole map and sticking it in like 5 zips, and having you testers reconstruct it?

Thanks.

You need to upload this to filefront, for example. There they don't have a problem with large files.
