No, that was not Commander Fox. That was Sergeant Fox of the 501st. Even check on Wookiepedia.

no, the sergeant fox is part of the coruscant legions, commander fox is part of the 212nd batallion and the captain fox is part of the coruscant legion but i don't know if the captain rex is part of the 501st or of the ARC legion lol.

That was the sentence. this is the scene in Episode III where Bail lands at the temple and is told to go away by Appo and then Zett Jukassa pops out

Arg. Your Phase II Commander Fox there is fanon. And the Captain Fox is in the Coruscant Guard, not the ninth Assault Corps. Sergeant Fox is in the 501st.
