Can we use models and textures,etc. from other games.

E.g. Republic Commando.
I'm asking this cos i've seen some of the weapons and would like to just use their models instead of making a brand new one. Can we do this?

Unfortunately not, it's against the Lisence Agreement.

Just remodel it yourself

RC isnt very moadable it would be hard to port them, and they are too high poly anyway. You can ask permission to port the models and stuff, like Eidos let their Hitman be ported Legally.

Or you could get the model, and take pictures of it at different angles and then then model it from that.
