i would say that you should switch to a phase II trooper. like the reference.
also you should get the kama and pauldron added in.
Great skin though but like you said a bit painty. I think 501st commander's
tut is good.

at first glance, i actually don't see what is so weird about it, looks fine to me pretty good skin.

looks good labj, but i suggest to use the ep3 trooper model instead of the stormie one.

based on this:

it looks nice, but the blur on his chest plate and around there is a bit eccesive. Might just be the image quality though

cookie-like what mav said, i think it's sharpened a little much (around the legs) if you used the sharpen tool. if not, the legs look a little odd compared to the picture, not really sure what it could be except excessive sharpening..

He's talking about the white portions on the legs and the awkward angle the UVs force a straight line to go. It just'll take a lot of tweaking to get the texture right. Mine aren't 100% perfect either, but if you check ingame you'll be able to tell the difference pretty easily.
