Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth

I recently picked up the PSP version of this game, and haven't put it down since. It's made by Square-Enix, but is totally different from any Final Fantasy game they've produced. It's a remake of a PS1 title, also called Valkyrie Profile, that was a cult smash but never really flew off the shelves (the PS1 version runs about 200 smackers on Ebay). First of all, I'd recommend this game to anyone who has any hint of intellectual leanings- the plot is absolutely fantastic. Instead of saving the world, you play a valkyrie (battle maiden) sent by Odin to recruit souls as warriors in the battle between Asgard and the rival holy nations. Midgard (earth) is 189 days away from destruction, by the way, so you have a time limit. You fly around listening for the cries of the dead and/or dying, and when you find them, you're treated to a cutscene detailing how exactly their death came about. The entire thing is extremely emotional, especially compared to some of the drivel you see in RPGs most of the time. So, let's run down the list:
-Norse-Mythology-based plot
-Gorgeous graphics
-50+ hrs of gameplay first time through
-Crazy battle system
The battle system assigns each of the four characters you've selected in your party to one of the face buttons. Hitting these buttons on your turn will cause that character to attack. You can string combos together, or, if you get enough hits on the enemy at once, you can do an overcharge attack that pretty much pwns everyone you're fighting against. However, don't go into a fight expecting it to be easy- Bosses have 60000+HP as soon as your characters start hitting level 12 and above. You have to play hard and fast with your combos if you aim to survive.
So, anyone else here played this game? Or have I inspired anyone to get it?
I wholeheartedly reccomend this title to anyone with a PSP or a PS1.
