I want to create a New unit
And i watch and read a lot of tuts but there's no way for me to make it work so here are my question(s):
1: Which steps are required?
If i understand everything right than it works like this:
Create a mesh like you do it for a prop but create a soldier mesh
Create Bones for this mesh
set envelope
Need advice for Unit setup

If you don't want to create new animations you can use the default SWBF skeleton.
You can take a look at the stock characters by importing them with the ZETools importer.

Off-topic-ish: GAH!!!!!!! I can't possibly explain how much I love this freakin tool and how flawless it is! (Heh, flawless? I should try importing cloth... Flawless... 
Just a null for cloth. I could import the mesh without any cloth properties though. But no export via ZETools.
I'm really busy with two other projects right now so it won't make it in soon.
